2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If there are delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.
3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes applied to international orders.
- At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to the order total.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

- You can track your package on the courier’s website.
